- Heavy or fragile items should be box-in-box packed with 3″ (≈8 cm) of cushioning between boxes
- Wrap liquids in sealed plastic bags
- Include inside labels with both sender and recipient information
- Use strong tape (not duct or masking tape), applying the H-taping method
