Thank you for choosing 1HomeOffice. Every order we produce is custom-made, and we take pride in delivering high-quality print, copy, design, mailboxes, shipping and packing services. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, reprints, or refunds may be issued.

All Print & Copy Orders Are Custom

Because every print and copy job is custom-produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Completed print jobs
  • Custom-cut materials
  • Personalized or design-assisted files
  • Orders printed from customer-supplied artwork that was approved before production

However, if there is an issue caused by a printing error, a file handling error, or a production defect on our end, we will make it right. See Section 2 below.

If There Is a Mistake on Our Side

If we made an error in production, such as:

  • Incorrect trimming
  • Color issues caused by equipment, not the file
  • Cropping or scaling errors we introduced
  • Missing pages or finishing errors
  • Damage during our in-house handling

we will reprint the affected items.

To qualify for a reprint, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem
  • Your order number

If the Issue Comes From the File Provided

Many problems come from files that were not print-ready. If the issue was caused by:

  • Low-resolution images in your file
  • Typos, spelling mistakes, or wrong content
  • Incorrect sizing or missing bleed
  • RGB files that shift in CMYK
  • Customer-approved artwork that printed as submitted

We cannot offer refunds or free reprints.

We always recommend allowing our team to check your files before printing. We can also prepare or correct files for a design fee.

Design Service Refunds

Design services are time-based and labor-driven. Therefore:

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has started
  • If you cancel before work begins, we can refund the design fee
  • Revision rounds are included as outlined in your project details

If a printing error occurs after your design approval, the reprint is covered — but the original design fee is not refundable.

Shipping Issues

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by your chosen carrier.
We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather-related delivery issues

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it — but additional shipping fees apply.

If your items arrive damaged during transit, please let us know. We can assist you with filing a shipping claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only if production has not started.

Once printing, copying, designing, or packing has begun, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
